No elevators, so unless you like a stair workout, be prepared to climb to the third floor. The breakfast scheduling feels overly aggressive. being pestered for your meal preferences isn't quite relaxing. Ants in the toilet were a concern for four days, and the noise from neighboring guests—especially near the pool—diminished the tranquility you'd expect. The pool itself is much smaller than it looks in photos, which can be a letdown if you're looking for a proper swim.

Had a delightful stay! The room was spacious with plenty of hooks and a clean shower area, making it very functional. Super friendly staff were always around to help. Breakfast had a wide selection.

The Loft room is super spacious with great amenities, like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked minibar. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for chilling out. Staff were really helpful and even brought breakfast right to my room, making mornings so easy!

The Deluxe Room was super modern and cleaned every day, which I loved. There were some cool touches, like a swan towel decoration for my anniversary and a fully stocked minibar that was complimentary. No phone in the room was a bit weird, but I could message the staff via WhatsApp, and they were quick to reply. The breakfast served in the room wasn't buffet style, but totally worth it. Can't complain about anything!
